Store Beats Tool

It’s a centralized web-based tool that runs on azure and allows users to pursue role-based approvals as per their designated flow.


Business Problem

  • Manual effort in entering data in excel forms with few input fields and Filtering required data difficult to manage
  • No central repository to store all campaigns and Channels data
  • All reports and filtering data become difficult work for Admins
  • No alerts are triggered if campaigns are not approved by a specific role.

Solution

  • Authorized users from each Marketing Campaign manage their own channels depending on their roles and permissions
  • Application implemented for Requests from Store Beats , Store front and Game Store.
  • Role defined as Channel Owner, IMC Lead , Creative , Requestor
  • Provided Administration access to Add/Edit/Delete Channels and placements
  • Uses AAD to Authenticate
  • Users can do Role based approvals as per flow allocated to them and all data stored in SQL
  • Provides Reports on Campaigns Calendar and Channels Calendar.
