Payment Wallet integrations

As part of digitalization, all the Retail stores in India are integrated with Mobile wallets to support cash less payments for the customers

Business Problem

D365 for commerce POS(OOB) does not support payments through Mobile wallet (i.e Paytm)

Solution

HCL provided a feature which will integrate D365 Commerce POS with Paytm payment gateway (Paytm PG).

Auto–debit feature of Paytm is used for the integration between POS and Paytm PG described below

  • Merchant POS/Server sends OTP to the Customer’s mobile number Customer provides OTP which will be validated by the merchant POS/Server
  • After successful validation, order amount will be deducted from the customer’s Paytm wallet

Why is the solution unique

We developed a new payment connector which integrates the POS application with PayTm provider as one of the payment method
