Business Problem

Currently users when enter the store they don’t have privilege to have a self checkout at Kiosk and to get assistance from sales representative

Solution

HCL developed a Chatbot where we integrated chatbot with Mobile app and MPOS to assist user for shopping as per customer interest locating nearest store and helping for check-out

Why is the solution unique

We integrated the existing MS chat bot framework with D365Retail MPOS and provided by exposing the APIs which can leveraged by Chat bot framework
