Solution Name - US BSO Boss Bot US BSO Boss is customer oriented bot power by Luis, QnA and Dispatcher which is customized to connect all BSO sources and various applications and tools to provide information based on user query and to securely provide BSO numbers and data related to ACR, Landed revenue, HR Details and MS Sales Details of anyone within BSO platform with an aim to Reduce the burden on senior BSO employees and FTEs by reducing time they spend in resolving queries and juggling through different resources for different type of information.
